In most cases, we can deliver the same-day if your order is received before noon. However a 24-hour advance notice is appreciated.

The standard service period for all dumpster sizes is (7) days. Additional charges will apply beyond the standard (7) day period. Please call for detailed information.
Our price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for the chosen dumpster size, including standard disposal, fuel and taxes.
By law, we cannot accept any toxic/hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, oil, fuel, tires or appliances with Freon. Prohibited items also include any type of yard waste, including, brick, block, cement/concrete, sand, dirt, grass clippings, tree branches.

DUMPSTER CONTRACT AGREEMENTS:
A “Signed” Dumpster Contract Agreement is required for ALL dumpsters. This agreement can be signed at the time of delivery.
IF the customer will not be present at the time of delivery – an electronic contract document agreement can be sent to customer which MUST be completed and received back by Onsite Hauling prior to scheduled delivery date.

RELEASE of LIABILITY form:
This form must be signed ANYTIME the placement of a dumpster is requested anywhere other than driveway/asphalt surface.

• 5yd weight limit is (2) tons.
• 10yd weight limit is (4) tons.
• 10yd DUMPER weight limit is (4) tons.
• 20yd weight limit is (6) tons.
• 30yd weight limit is (6) tons.

There will be an additional charge for exceeding the weight load limit and/or over-height limit. Please be sure that all loaded materials do not exceed the maximum weight limit or wall height of the container.
No. Once we place the dumpster in the requested location, the wheels are locked in place for safety. You may not move the container.
No. Please call us when you are finished with the dumpster. We will schedule a pick-up as soon as possible. If you need to extend the service term, please contact our office before the 7th day of the service period. Otherwise we will schedule a pick-up as soon as possible on the 7th day of the service if no contact is made.
